Architect, LEED AP BD+C
I am a licensed Architect and dedicated practitioner of sustainable building. I believe that a successful design is one that improves the community– aesthetically, socially, and environmentally. Such a belief has led me to work with public and community organizations to design facilities that strengthen their missions and take into account the careful balancing act between construction budget and mission budget. Similarly, my work with private clients balances the needs of the client with the communities and budgets in which they live. I have a wide range of experience in natural building methods and natural material specification. I also specialize in the detailed, budget-minded project management necessary to execute sustainable designs on aggressive budgets. In addition, I am an experienced educator. I have developed and presented courses for architecture and sustainability at Woodbury University, CalPoly Pomona, Pasadena City College and Colorado Mountain College.
